Delivery & Postage

Our goal is to dispatch all online orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. While most deliveries are typically next working day, delivery may take up to 5 working days. Delivery times are approximate, and we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

For online orders over €120, delivery is free of charge with the exception of feed, fertilisers, agri chemicals, and bulky items, which are subject to the charges outlined below:

• Most feed, fertiliser & agri chemcals are subject to a delivery charge of €9.95 per bag/box up to 30kg (or part thereof).

• Bulky items such as wire, groundcover, windbreak & organic composts are subject to a bulky item charge of €13.95 per item.

• Where applicable, a pallet delivery option will be displayed at checkout at a cost of €75 per pallet. This option applies to large or multiple feed orders and to items that exceed courier handling limits or cannot be carried by standard courier services.

For online orders under €120, a standard delivery charge of €9.95 will apply, unless the order contains items subject to the specific charges listed above.

We also offer a free Click & Collect service.

For local delivery of fuel, timber, and larger items, please contact the shop directly to discuss availability and pricing.

If you receive damaged parcels or items, or notice any shortages, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly, including arranging replacements or compensation where appropriate.
