Product Delivery Information
- Our goal is to send out all online orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
- Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, except on Bank Holidays. Although most deliveries are typically ‘next day’, they may extend up to 5 working days.
- Delivery times are approximate, and we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
- A free Click & Collect service is available for all orders.

Class A: Standard Shipping

Free delivery is offered on orders over €120 (see exclusions of Free Delivery). A delivery charge of €9.95 for orders under €120 is applied.
Class B: Weighted Shipping
Items excluded from free delivery
Items are excluded from free delivery, with a charge of €9.95 per parcel (up to 30kg) and an option for pallet delivery on larger quantities available at checkout.
Class C: Bulky Items
Items incur a bulky item delivery charge of €13.95 per item.
Class D: Pallet Freight delivery only
Items are available only via pallet freight, with a €75 pallet charge.
Class E: Collection Only
Items are available for collection or local delivery only, with delivery charges based on location. Please phone the office for more information on this.
If you receive damaged parcels or items, it is important to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. This will allow for proper handling of the situation and potential compensation for any damages.
