Absolutely amazing service and amazing product. My tb had trouble shifting some muscle pain and with this heat pad (recommended by my physio) he started finally relaxing and loosing his muscles. It also helps my older mare with stiffness and my older dog with her arthritis ❤️ My battery was faulty and they replaced it in 2 days with no trouble! Great customer service! Will definitely be shopping here again ❤️

Works well and keeps warm for a decent amount of time. Could do with holding the heat a bit longer, but overall, a handy thing to have. My horse approves of it anyway!
