Bridle Hire – Collegiate Comfitec

Description

The ComFiTec training bridle from Collegiate has been designed and developed with the horse’s anatomy and comfort in mind. The bridle follows the structure of the horse’s face and offers a supreme fit. Made from excellent quality European leather with high grade fittings these bridles are approved for use with FEI, Dressage Ireland, Eventing Ireland and AIRC.

The headpiece has an anatomic shape which follows the curve of the poll which evenly distributes the pressure for comfort complete with a double padded area to minimise pressure and allow freedom of movement through the poll and neck muscles. There is maximum freedom around the horses ear which further helps with the comfort. The ergonomically designed and shaped noseband is designed to relieve pressure on the upper molars and cheek area helping to keep the jaw relaxed. The noseband has an adjustable slide piece which allows the bridle to fit a large range of horses and alleviate pressure on the sensitive facial nerves. For maximum comfort there is a cheek strap with padded cheek ring. The curved browband gives an elegant finish.

Terms of hire

• Payment is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions of hire.
• The bridle must be paid for in full before the trial period may commence. The full retail price of €110 for a Training Bridle (plus shipping of €5.95 if applicable) will be charged.
• Bridles will be hired for 14 days – calculated from the day of dispatch and must be returned to us within the hire period – return postage to be covered by the hirer. We strongly recommend using registered or tracked delivery.
• Overdue bridles will be charged for at a rate of €10 per additional day hire – this will include where bridles are in transit and part days will be charged at the full day rate.
• Bridles must be returned in clean condition and as received – any damage, repairs or cleaning required will be deducted from the bridle price before refunding as per the terms of hire. Bridles requiring cleaning will incur a cleaning charge of €20.
• Any repairs required will be charged for at cost price, where a bridle is uneconomical to repair – it will be charged for at the full retail value.
• Where a bridle may be lost or damaged in transit to us – loss will be charged for at the full retail value and damages at cost. The hirer takes responsibility for all claims with the postal or courier company to recoup any charges.
• If you decide to purchase the bridle a new one will be sent out on receipt of the Trial Bridle back to White’s Agri. If you do not wish to proceed with a purchase of the bridle the retail price less 10% hire fee will be refunded.
