Milkwell

A 20% ration with high energy levels used to promote milk yields up to 1500 gallons. Soya included in ration as a protein source, also contains protected soya to improve the protein supply to the small intestine.

Dairylac

A 18% ration for cows yielding 5 - 6 gallons per day at peak. Ration includes wheat and maize as starch and energy sources, and citrus pulp as a digestible fibre source.

Milkflow

An 18% ration of medium energy for cows yielding up to 5.5 gallons per day. Wheat is the only cereal in the ration, contains good level of pulp

Beef Feeds

Coarse Bull Finisher Ration

A well balanced coarse ration suitable for feeding to finishing cattle. Can be fed to heifers, bulls or bullocks for high levels of performance. Rolled wheat and barley included along with ground maize giving a gradual release of energy to the rumen bacteria. High level of pulp included, aiding rumen function and preventing acidosis when fed with acid silages. Contains yeast and full mineral and trace element package to ensure optimum performance.

Maize Finisher 30

A ration designed to be fed to finishing cattle only - steers, heifers or young bulls. The protein level is at 11%, ground maize inclusion at 30%, maize gluten and distillers included as protein source.

Hi-Maize Coarse Finisher

A ration designed to be fed to finishing cattle only - steers, heifers or young bulls. The protein level is 12%, and the ration contains 50% maize, giving a slow but steady breakdown of starch in the rumen.

Super Beef Nuts

A nut designed for feeding to finishing cattle. High in energy with protein at 15%. This ration is ideal for feeding to continental animals where high live weight gains and kill outs are expected. It contains up to 40% cereals (Maize, wheat and barley). It also contains a high level of pulps to help prevent digestive upsets where high levels are being fed. We have included a yeast product to help in optimising rumen microbial activity.

Prime Beef Nuts

A general purpose beef ration for feeding to weanlings and stores. It is also suited to replacement heifers, dry cows and sucklers, or any type of cattle that need an energy boost or where forage is scarce. Wheat, barley and citrus included as energy sources, giving a balanced supply to rumen bacteria and therefore ensuring optimal rumen output.

Beef Builder Nuts

A ration designed to be fed to store cattle. It is also suitable for suckler cows, dry cows or replacement heifers. Barley and citrus included as energy sources. Protein is 16%

Calf Feeds

Calf Muesli 18%

This is a coarse ration with similar ingredients as calf starter. The inclusion of toasted barley, micronised maize, peas and beans help to encourage good intakes. Beetpulp is also included to promote rumen development as the calf's digestive system changes from non-ruminant to ruminant. A full mineral package is included to promote calf health and vigour.

Calf Starter 18%

The newborn calf needs a small amount of a very high quality ration. Calf starter is a ration formulated from highly palatable ingredients to ensure good intakes. A full mineral package is included to promote calf health and vigour. There is a high level of digestible fibre included to promote rumen development in the early stages when a calf develops from a non-ruminant to a ruminant. This ration is in 3mm pellets and contains a yeast product to help in optimising rumen microbial activity. This ration can be fed up to 12 weeks of age.
